The User Research Team at Salesforce is growing and we’re hiring for multiple levels in various product areas. A couple highlights include:
- Researcher for our Field Service product: This role will become an expert in users who provide on-site customer support (think everything from elevator maintenance to on-site windshield repair) who can bring to life the context of their work and use research to prioritize the roadmap for mobile and desktop tools.
- Researcher in Marketing Cloud: We are expanding our reach into new customer touch points, simplifying the marketing journey, and investing heavily into product integrations across the cloud ecosystem. A key aspect of this role is showing the work through great story telling, evangelization with partner teams, and cross team collaboration.
